Summer 2023 marks the 6th summer for VCA’s Vashon Summer Arts Fest, an 9-week bonanza of Vashon visual art. The foundation of the festival is offering Vashon artists “mini galleries” in the form of linear wall space or floor space for them to present a collection of their work. The festival is dedicated solely to Vashon artists and welcomes both new artists and experienced artists.
This year 42 solo shows and two groups shows which rotate every three weeks. Each rotation opens with a Meet the Artist Reception, June 30, July 21 and August 11 from 5-8pm. In addition, we will be open as part of Vashon's First Friday Gallery Cruise.
